Forrest Spence has over 20 years of law enforcement experience that includes working for the U.S. Department of Energy, along side the US Marshals as a Federal Court Security Officer, working as a civilian police officer for the U.S. Department of Defense, Ft. Hood, TX, holding offices as a Constable, and as a Chief of Police in Texas.
